  • Just Hang Fresheners sells products for purchase by adults. You must be 18 years or older to place an order or have consent from a parent/legal guardian.

 

 

2. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

  • By using our website, you agree to only use it for ordering and customizing air fresheners.

  • All content, designs, and graphics on our website are intellectual property of Just Hang Fresheners and cannot be copied, modified, or resold without written permission.

  • You may not upload, share, or order designs that contain offensive, copyrighted, or unlawful material.

 

 

3. Ordering Process & Payments

Placing an Order

  • Orders must be placed online through our website.

  • Payment must be received in full before production begins.

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful order placement.

Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Within 24 hours of your purchase, you will receive a design proof from our team.

  • If changes are required, we will revise the design until it meets your approval.

  • Once you approve the final design, production begins immediately.

Payments & Bank Charges

  • We accept Zelle, PayPal, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay.

  • If an accidental duplicate charge occurs, we will promptly issue a refund. However, we are not responsible for any bank fees resulting from multiple charges.

 

 

4. Customization & Production

  • Our standard production time is 13-16 business days after design approval.

  • Custom air fresheners are printed on high-quality, eco-friendly, biodegradable paper.

  • Due to the absorbent nature of the material, slight color variations may occur in the final product.

Imprint & Color Matching

  • We do our best to match colors, but exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed due to material absorption.

  • Designs will be resized if necessary to fit the selected air freshener shape.

Fragrance & Longevity

  • Fragrance longevity varies based on environmental factors (temperature, humidity, air circulation).

  • Air fresheners must be stored in their original packaging until use to maintain scent strength.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-6 business days.

  • Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which must be paid by the recipient.

Tracking & Lost Packages

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping provider. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipment.

 

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

Cancellations

  • Just Hang Fresheners is not responsible for copyright infringement claims related to customer-submitted designs.

  • We reserve the right to reject artwork that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates legal protections.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Just Hang Fresheners is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages related to product use.

  • We do not guarantee fragrance longevity, as it depends on the environment in which the air freshener is placed.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
