🔄 Returns & Refunds

Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

✅ We accept replacements if:
✔ Your order arrives damaged or defective (must report within 48 hours).
✔ You received the wrong design, scent, or product due to our mistake.

📌 How to report an issue:
1️⃣ Email justhangfresheners@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Attach clear photos of the issue.
3️⃣ We will assess and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

 

 

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before final design approval.

  • Once production begins, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
